Take The Synergist Protocol Collaborative Infrastructure Assessment
The first step in using the Synergist Protocol is introducing a “metazyme”.
A metazyme is simply a small bit of research or question that attempts to be a catalytic step that unlocks alignment toward discovery (and is a key step of building toward a shared vision).
In this case, the metazyme is to intelligently gather data on your stakeholders perceptions of your collaborative culture to quickly gather their thoughts in a way you can analyze quickly.
This tiny tool/form uses elements of the Synergist Protocol to give you a good snapshot of where you and your teams are. It is free, collects no information on you or anyone and provides a screencapture of the results to download once you/your stakeholders are finished. (It was made with Claude from my question dataset).
View the explainer video (below) showing you the tool and workflow
Use or email the link to the tool to your stakeholders. They email back their result to you.
After this assessment, you will have a standardized metric/baseline between stakeholders around the current state of your collaborative infrastructure. From here you would progress to the 2nd step in the Synergist Protocol, which is using the results of the “metazyme” to foster a generative conversation that allows you to evaluate and challenge assumptions and avoid the trap of preconceived results.
